Ryan Lorenzini

Mr. Lorenzini is a Director of The Claremont Companies. He is responsible for all analytical undertakings at Claremont, while also being responsible for business development, marketing, self-storage and overall furthering the strategic vision and growth of the company. His work includes but is not limited to: building long-lasting relationships with our friends and partners, deal sourcing, acquisitions, due diligence, predevelopment, governmental relations, and finance. In addition, he oversees the operations of Claremont’s self-storage and multi-family holdings, which currently encompass six self-storage facilities comprising approximately 550,000 square feet, and over 250 multi-family rental units.

Mr. Lorenzini has a well-versed background in software and technology, homebuilding, and commercial real estate appraisal. He holds the prestigious MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute – the highest designation given as an appraiser.

He is also heavily involved in the storage industry; he sits on the Board of Directors of the California Self Storage Association, and is a founding member of Storelocal Inc.
