Background
The Claremont Companies, LLC (“Claremont”) is a fully integrated family real estate development business. Since formation in 1986 by Arthur L. Lorenzini, Jr. with his wife, Mary Beth, and Michael W. Conley, predecessors and/or affiliated firms of Claremont have developed and/or built approximately 3,000 residential single-family homes, multi-family homes, and/or lots having a current estimated market value in excess of one billion dollars. In addition, Claremont has developed and/or is developing a variety of additional investment properties, including apartments, commercial, office, flex, industrial and self storage; such development comprises approximately one million square feet of rentable space.
Claremont is currently transitioning its management to a second generation of family, while maintaining a consistency of strategic focus and approach in its values and core competencies.
