Claremont has developed and built over 1,100 units of multi-family investment rentals, including, without limitation, the highly successful Bollinger Crest Apartments in San Ramon, California, and The Silvergate, a luxury apartment community in Brentwood, California. Claremont has participated in conventional as well as private activity tax deferred bonds for the financing of these apartment communities.

The Silvergate is a 166-unit, multi-family rental community in Brentwood, California that opened in January 2023. It is conventionally financed.
Previous Multi-Family Investments
Previously, Claremont principals participated as principals in the development, building, management and ownership of over 1,000 units of multi-family rentals in Fremont, Livermore, Pleasant Hill, and San Ramon, California, all incorporating a 20% very low-income component.
