Claremont entered the self-storage business in 2003 with the development, building, and ownership of Brentwood Self Storage, in Brentwood, California. Self-storage is a core business of Claremont, and we seek opportunities to develop, build, manage and own additional properties to purchase or joint ventures with landowners who are so inclined.

Storelocal Salida opened in August 2026. Storelocal Salida is located in Salida, CA, with easy access to Highway 99. Storelocal Concord Airport
Storelocal Concord Airport opened in March 2025. Storelocal Concord Airport is located in Concord, CA, near Buchanan Field Airport, with easy access to Highway 4 and Highway 680. Storelocal Concord Airport has state-of-the-art security, climate-controlled and drive-up units, and a Smartphone digital key system (Nokē) for a seamless and technologically advanced customer experience.
Storelocal Hercules
Storelocal Hercules is the only self-storage facility in the city limits of the City of Hercules with easy access to Highway 4. Storelocal Hercules opened in June 2022. Storelocal Hercules has state-of-the-art security, climate-controlled and drive-up units, and a Smartphone digital key system (Nokē) for a seamless and technologically advanced customer experience.
Oakley Self-Storage
Oakley Self-Storage, completed in January of 2018, was voted the Facility of the Year, Best New Facility, out of approximately 900 facilities built in 2018. In addition, Oakley Self-Storage has a fully-leased commercial component along its street frontage.
Brentwood Self Storage
Brentwood Self-Storage, is a highly successful self-storage facility, having been voted the “Best Self-Storage” in Brentwood by the readers of The Brentwood Press, every year since 2015. We believe it to be the market leader in self storage in Brentwood since its completion in 2003. An expansion is currently being planned.
