Ian Stonerock

Ian Samuel Stonerock joined Claremont Homes, Inc. (“Claremont”), in 2015 as a Vice President in the Operations and Construction department; his first assignments were as Project Manager of Claremont’s Mountain View Landing (2015‐2016) single family, new home community and The Villages at Arnold (2016‐2017), new townhouse community in Martinez, California, which he successfully completed the construction and sales. He is currently Project Manager on a number of upcoming projects including the apartment community, Silvergate, in Brentwood, California; a single family home subdivision in San Ramon, The Preserve Neighborhood V; a 100,000+ square foot self‐ storage facility in Hercules; and two custom homes in San Ramon. Mr. Stonerock graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and holds a MBA from School of Business at the Pepperdine University.
