Arthur Lorenzini

Arthur L. Lorenzini, Jr., is an entrepreneur and a builder‐developer; he is the Chief Executive of The Claremont Companies, LLC, as well as all affiliated entities (“Claremont”) which have offices in northern and southern California. In his career, he has acquired substantial depth and breadth in the real estate, construction, and development industry, as well as the building products industry. In this period he has developed and/or built over 3,500 residential units, including the development of The Faria Preserve in San Ramon, CA. Mr. Lorenzini graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds a PH.D from the Claremont Graduate University where his dissertation advisor was Peter F. Drucker.
